| Details:Arnprior Rapid Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer with a solid CNC parts processing, planning, estimating, and design background. The successful applicant will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates for both CNC Mills and CNC Lathes customers by analyzing the customer-supplied requirements, such as, blue prints, drawings, PDF files, CAD geometry, sketches and quality requirements to determine the optimum process for bringing the product to realization. Proactively offering customers consulting expertise and design alternatives, is a further requirement. Specifically, the Manufacturing Process Engineer shall: Determine inspection requirements. Estimate the hours necessary to execute these plans. Specify materials such that they can be ordered by others. Document the whole process in a way that the process for workflow routing can be created by others. Resolve issues found during execution and define changes that would improve product flow. Be the conduit to the customer for technical discussions. Candidate may also be assigned to other Manufacturing Process Engineer areas, as needed. | ||||
